XY Coplanar Air Bearing Platform CAB-XY300


The XY coplanar air bearing platform CAB-XY300 features nanoscale positioning accuracy, with a repeat positioning accuracy of up to ±0.25μm and an absolute (compensated) accuracy of up to ±0.5μm. It is suitable for industries requiring high-precision measurement and accurate alignment, such as Micro LED, semiconductor AOI, PCB inspection, automated precision measurement, and laser cutting. The X and Y axes of the platform operate on the same plane, avoiding stacking errors and providing a consistent planar reference, thereby improving overall flatness and accuracy. This coplanar design has a stable and rigid structure, reducing vibration and enhancing space utilization, offering users an efficient, reliable, and precise operating platform.


CW Dual-Axis Wrist Robot


The CW dual-axis wrist robot has the characteristics of small size and high torque, making it suitable for high-precision industries such as electronics and semiconductors. It is equipped with a high-precision absolute encoder, a self-developed disc motor, and a built-in brake. The newly designed XC200 controller optimizes motor control, enabling rapid system integration and various application settings. The CW robot emphasizes ease of use, comfort, and safety. Its simple installation, low noise, and safety design provide a quiet and safe working environment. It can be flexibly installed on various Cartesian robots, possessing the same flexibility and degrees of freedom as 6-axis vertical joint robots. However, compared to 6-axis vertical joint robots, the CW robot has a cost advantage, effectively reducing equipment costs and becoming a highly attractive solution in the market.
