The linear motor stage is a direct-drive positioning stage with a low cross-sectional height and light weight. AC linear servo motors and optical linear scales are compactly integrated into the moving table and base made of aluminum alloy. Three types are listed in the product series, allowing customers to choose according to their usage conditions. Linear motors are most suitable for applications requiring high-speed operation, such as semiconductor and liquid crystal-related equipment, measuring instruments, assembly systems, and material handling equipment.
